About Ari
Ari is an AI-powered learning platform designed for children aged 5–7, operated by Ari Learning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Who can use Ari
Ari is designed for children aged 5–7 to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using Ari
- You consent to your child using the platform
Waitlist
By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email updates about Ari's launch and development. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Subscription and payment
When Ari launches:
- We will offer a 30-day free trial
- After the trial, the subscription is £5 per month
- You can cancel anytime — no long-term commitment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
We'll notify waitlist members before any charges begin.
Acceptable use
When using Ari, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass safety features or content filters
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Share account access with others outside your household
- Copy, modify, or distribute Ari's content without permission
Content and AI interactions
Ari uses AI to provide educational experiences. While we design all interactions to be safe and age-appropriate:
- AI responses are generated and may occasionally be imperfect
- We recommend parental involvement, especially for younger children
- Content created by children within Ari belongs to your family
Intellectual property
Ari, including its design, content, and code, is owned by Ari Learning Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Ari is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure quality and safety, we cannot guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Ari Learning Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Ari after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
